Stubbington Green Runners offers 7 sessions a week designed by our Level 2 and Level 1 Coaches and lead by our Leaders who are qualified as England Athletic Leaders in Running Fitness. Our club aim is to cater for a wide range of abilities and to be inclusive; as such we have various different groups to suit several running abilities. On the first Monday of each month there is a session for new runners to come along and experience a training session with Stubbington Green Runners. More details for New Runners is available under the training menu.
Groups runs take place on Monday and Wednesday and Quality For All sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday's. For newcomers to Quality For All sessions check out the Monday (6pm) or Thursday (6:30pm) schedules, they are a great place to start and take your running to the next level. For more experienced runners Tuesday and Thursday training sessions will definitely improve your speed and endurance. It is advisable to have been running regularly for 2 - 3 months before joining these sessions.
