Social Diary

The Stubbington Green Runners Social committee is very active in organising fun events and post run socials throughout the year to compliment the training and competitive runs. 2017 was an active year for the club with many events and social gatherings. We will be looking to repeat these events in 2018 but are always open to suggestions and volunteers to help organise new ones too.

Events will be posted on the calendar under the News section of this website as a handy reference. Details of events will appear here and on our Facebook page as they are arranged.

There are two start times, to get everyone to finish about the same time. So people looking to run 4 miles in over 35 minutes start at 6.45pm. For people under 35 minutes, we start at 7.00pm.

We start at Eric Road by the Shell Garage.  As people progress with their times below 35 minutes they will move up to the 7pm start time, which will in turn help runners to improve their times, so a great win win.
